What Is The Therapy Process Like?

Step 1:
Consultation (30 minutes) — Free

This is an opportunity to have a video call with me to see if we are a good match, increasing your chances of achieving your personal goals. This video consultation will provide an overview of session rules and expectations. Additionally, you will be given an opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding the therapy process. This will help ensure that you clearly understand what to expect during your sessions and how to get the most out of your therapy experience. If you decide that you would like to work with me, we will then make arrangements to meet for a set schedule.

Step 2:
Intake Session (60 minutes) — $160

The intake session is where we will begin our work together, and it is designed to create a strong foundation for your therapeutic journey. This first session will be dedicated to identifying the goals you want to achieve through therapy. We will also begin to explore your personal history, as this will help me get to know you better and understand your needs.

Step 3:
Individual Session (50 minutes) —$150

Once you are an established client, we will schedule meetings at an agreed time and frequency. We'll work collaboratively during our sessions to explore the issues that brought you to counseling. I'll ask questions to help you gain insights, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies to navigate life's challenges more effectively.

You control the pace and direction of our discussions, and we'll proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Would You Be Interested in Online Group Therapy?

Group therapy provides a space that fosters growth, healing, and empowerment. Other benefits include developing effective communication, boundary-setting, and coping strategies.

Online group sessions meet weekly for 90 minutes for five months each year. I offer the choice of joining an all-women or a co-ed therapy group.
